We want you to know that PGE Credit Union is closely monitoring the latest developments related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and we are taking every possible precaution to ensure our building is held to the cleanliness and sanitation standards recommended by public health experts.
As always, the health and safety of our members and employees is PGE Credit Union’s top priority. We strongly agree with the recommendations voiced by the Governor and the RI Department of Health, and we urge all our employees and members to stay home if they feel sick.
It is important to note that access to your accounts remain uninterrupted. You may still visit our office, although we ask that if you have any of the following symptoms; fever, coughing, shortness of breath to please stay home and contact a medical professional.
Members who have banking needs but do not wish to come into the Credit Union, should utilize PGE Credit Union’s mobile and online banking tools. You can use any CREDIT UNION ATM in Rhode Island except Navy Federal Credit Union’s ATM’s to get cash and not pay any fee. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our member service team at 401-421-2436 and we will assist you with your needs.
If you need to use the services of a teller, please go to the drive-up ATM as we may be able to assist you there.
